    Missing parts. No explanation of how to install. the electronic module must be indoors and yet the panel must be in the sun. The design should include some weather resistance if not weatherproofing. The panel must be installed on a 45 degree angel and yet the hardware to mount it does not help you do this. One would have to have a surface ready-made or design and build a frame/brace/rack for this panel. It requires VERY tiny screwdriver to install wiring and this is no big deal but it is not a standard issue flat-head screwdriver. The bracketing hardware is ridiculously hard to understand (and not all parts were shipped with mine), and the wiring/cords are too short to house the module indoors and have the solar panel oh say, near the sun!
