The RM400 is the new generation of RoboMow. It is designed to handle lawns with total mowed area of up to 4,500 square feet, to be handled over a three day period of three consecutive mowing sessions. The RM400 includes a docking system and station for true automation. Simply set a weekly program for the days and times you want the lawn mowed and the RM400 will do it automatically for you, day after day and week after week.
Robomow is the ultimate in mowing convenience. It is a fully automatic lawn mower, designed to mow and maintain your lawn completely by itself. It is designed for domestic (consumer) lawns and can handle any garden that a traditional gas or electric walk mower can handle, irrespective of the shape and slopes of the garden, obstacles and type of lawn.
With a pre-set weekly program, the lawn will always look as if it were just cut, every day. Robomow features a battery powered powerful cutting system. It is a dedicated mulching (grass cycling) mower that mulches better than a traditional mower. Grass cycling is a proven, simple and natural approach to lawn care. Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R24CXXXOJFW8PS I bought this in Sept 2008. Where I live the grass growing season is winding down in Sept. It spent winter unheated pluged in. I took it out in May and have cut the grass twice this year. It cuts the edge and them random motion around the yard. So far it has been flawless. I am looking forward to tall grass to see how the raandom motion looks. I plan to run it 2 or 3 times a week to stay on top of it. I also got the wireless remote control and a replacement blade. They recomend a new blade every 200 hours. I have 52 hours on it to date. The LCD readout gives you more data then you will want to know
